Cotswold Dental Lab is a prosthetic dental laboratory first opened in 1979 and located in The Suffolks area of Cheltenham, Cotswolds, since 1982.
We are a small business offering a personal and professional service to dentists both locally and nationally. We also offer denture repairs and flexible denture cleaning supplies directly to the public.
We offer a wide range of services to suit all needs and budgets, all professionally crafted by our technicians led by Nicholas O’Connor. Our team of technicians have a combined experience over 75 years.
As a well-established laboratory, we have clients who have continued to use us since it all began, many from recommendation. In recent times we have clients who have followed our technicians for their workmanship. Having a good working relationship with our customers is a priority to us here at Cotswold Dental Lab.
As a certified Valplast Laboratory we meet all the requirements to supply flexible dentures with a lifetime warranty.
As a reputable laboratory, we are proud members of the General Dental Council, Dental Laboratory Association and British Bite Mark.

VALPLAST FLEXIBLE PARTIAL DENTURES
We have been a Certified Valplast Laboratory since 2009 and in 2017 upgraded our machinery to the latest Valplast injection system so we can continue to produce these partial dentures to the highest standard.
Valplast flexible partials could be the solution for you to replace one or more teeth. Unlike more traditional dental materials, Valplast flexible partial dentures are made from a flexible material which fits neatly into your mouth and is virtually invisible. They do NOT require any metal clasps to keep them in place.

CHROME DENTURES
Cobalt chrome is used by a specialist dental technician and cast to produce a metal framework for the denture. The framework incorporates clasps around standing teeth into the framework along with rests on the teeth to provide the best fit possible. Metal dentures provide an excellent fit due to the way the metal is cast, meaning that they can be very comfortable as well as being stronger, thinner and smaller than a traditional acrylic denture. Some chrome dentures leave the palate uncovered which can improve taste.
